  Not someone I could recommend at all. I went to view a property for sale in Upper Brookfield and the agent had left early to go to another property. When I spoke to the principal Franzwa, he immediately became aggressive when I queried this as I had driven a long way to see the property and was devastated to arrive and find it closed. The biggest problem was that the agent knew he had to leave early and I had rushed to be out there just before closing time so I could at least see if for 5 mins. When I asked "why have the time advertised as open when you had no intention of being there for the full duration of that time?" I was verbally abused. It was an awful experience and we were serious buyers but based on my experience with the agent, the property is now off our list.
